Someone who has actually been there.

I plan vacations — Disney and Universal, cruises, all-inclusives, and Europe. Thirty-plus trips to Walt Disney World across my life, and a real soft spot for Ireland. You get the benefit of all of it, and it costs you nothing.

Where I can take you

Three very different kinds of trip. I plan all of them, and I will tell you honestly which one fits what you actually want.

Disney

Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line — the one I know best, by a distance.

  • Which resort is genuinely worth the money
  • Park days planned around crowds, not guesswork
  • Dining reservations and the timing that gets them
  • When to go, and when absolutely not to

Universal & Orlando

Universal Orlando, Epic Universe and everything else Orlando quietly does well.

  • Wizarding World across both parks properly
  • Whether Express Pass is worth it for your trip
  • Halloween Horror Nights and holiday events
  • Combining Universal and Disney in one trip

Europe & the rest of the world

The one I get carried away about. Ireland, Scotland, England, Denmark, France — plus cruises and all-inclusives anywhere.

  • Itineraries with room left to wander
  • Trains, transfers and the boring bits handled
  • Cruises and all-inclusive resorts worldwide
  • First-time-abroad trips, planned gently

Why book with me

The honest version, including the part that sounds too good to be true.

It costs you nothing

Resorts and cruise lines build an agent's cut into the price whether an agent is involved or not. Book direct and they keep it. Book with me and I am paid out of it. Your price is identical.

A real quote, not a brochure

You get your options side by side with the full cost worked out — per person, per night, deposit, and what is left to pay. Usually within a week.

Thirty years of doing this for fun

I have been going to Disney World my whole life and planning my own trips obsessively for as long. This was a hobby well before it was a job.

Someone to call when it goes wrong

Flights move and resorts oversell. When that happens you get a person who already knows your booking, instead of a hold queue.

I will tell you not to

If the week you picked is the worst week to go, or the upgrade is not worth it, I will say so. I would rather you trust me than book once.

No pressure, ever

Ask me for a quote and sit on it for a year if you like. Plenty of people find out the number and plan for two years out. That is a good outcome.

Hi, I'm Matt

I'm a travel nerd, and I mean that literally. I've been going to Walt Disney World my entire life — thirty-plus trips and counting — and I still get the same feeling walking in. Universal and the rest of the Orlando parks got their hooks in me too.

My other obsession is further from home. I've been to England, Scotland, Denmark and France, and Ireland is my favourite place on earth. Denmark surprised me by being one of the most beautiful places I've stood in. Paris was just plain fun.

When I'm not planning a trip, I'm PC gaming, reading, or — honestly — planning the next trip anyway. I'm married, and we have a rescue puppy named Suzie who runs the house.

I'm based in Attleboro, Massachusetts and I work with people anywhere in the US. Because I have a full-time job as well, calls happen evenings and weekends — but email and messages I answer quickly.

  • 30+ Walt Disney World trips — I know the resorts by their food courts, not their brochures.
  • Ireland is my favourite — and I will happily talk you out of trying to see all of it in five days.
  • England, Scotland, Denmark, France — travelled, not just booked.
  • Independent agent with Wondermakers Travel — a real agency behind the booking, with supplier relationships and support.
  • Suzie the rescue puppy — not relevant to your vacation, but she'd want mentioning.

Tell me where you want to go

Rough ideas are fine — "somewhere warm in February" is a perfectly good starting point. No obligation, and I don't do pushy.

I'll reply personally, usually within a day or two. Your details go to me and nowhere else — no mailing list, no sharing.

Or just get in touch

Email is fastest. I work a full-time job as well, so calls are evenings and weekends — leave a message and I'll always come back to you.

My planning services cost you nothing — I'm paid by the supplier you book with. All pricing is subject to availability and change at the time of booking, and nothing is held until a deposit is received.
